Catalyzing transformative leaders

During this 16-month program, participants will develop the qualities of an elite Christ-centered leader.

The program will be guided by mentors that bring expertise in business, spiritual development and leadership. Mentors will lead participants in small group courses and individual exercises to not only study but put into practice the lessons being learned.

At the end of the program, participants will have experienced significant growth into holistic, high-level leaders. This will require awareness of their inner self and practice in fine-tuning their personal leadership style. Those who can learn to lead themselves can learn to lead each other.

Dates: May 12, 2025 - September 3, 2026

Job-Type: 10-20 Hours/week with The WELL. There is opportunity to work locally part-time.

Minimum Age: 20

PROGRAM CONTENT OVERVIEW

Phase 1: TESTING

  • Jesus spent 40 days in the wilderness, which is what this testing period will be based off of. While participants will not be literally spending 40 days in the wilderness, they will be tested and discover who they are on a more personal level.

  • If you are afraid of failure, this program is not for you.

Phase 2: VALIDATION

  • Firm understanding of IDENTITY

Phase 3: OWNERSHIP

  • Own and use your power

  • This time will prepare participants for the summer season and the leadership roles that participants will be placed in.

  • Participants will also be guided through thinking about future plans and placement.
