TODD PINKSTON
PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER
Todd brings 15 years of experience in adventure ministry. Beginning in 2005, he has served as guide, Base Camp Coordinator and Speaker/Trainer for Young Life’s Wilderness Ranch. He has a Masters in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. He brings 18 years of ministry experience, most recently as the Area Director for YL in Richardson, Texas. Todd is married to Erin and they have a daughter, Hadley, and two sons, Tripp and Beckett. In the off season, Todd speaks at churches, retreats and trains leaders on maximizing their impact.
ERIN PINKSTON
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Erin is a co-founder of WayForward. She served as the Director of Communications for Edify and Marketing Manager with Halftime. She brings extensive knowledge of branding and communication in the non-profit space. Erin received her B.S. in Business Marketing from Univ. of Central Arkansas in 2006. She is married to Todd and they have three children.
JEFF LEGG
OPERATIONS AND FACILITIES MANAGER
Jeff brings 10 years of leadership and operational experience to WayForward from his time serving as a Navy SEAL. Jeff has held various leadership roles throughout his time in the service and is adept in operational planning and execution, training, logistics, contingency planning, and risk mitigation. In addition to his military background, Jeff has a Master’s in Business Administration, with a focus on Operations, from the University of Texas. Jeff is married to Charity and together they enjoy spending their time being active and outdoors.
JAKE DAVIDSON
PROGRAM MANAGER
Jake has been with WayForward since 2020 serving in many different roles from Guide to Media Director. He is passionate about helping provide a space for staff and participants alike to encounter the Lord and deep transformation. He was born and raised in Colorado, loves Jesus, his lovely wife Aspen, fly fishing, and playing songs around a campfire. He graduated from Colorado State University in 2019 with a BS in Natural Resources Tourism.
TAYLOR LEAR
COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR
Taylor brings 10 years of administrative experience and enjoys bringing organization, development, and support to a team environment. With extensive involvement in camp ministry organizations, she is passionate about people having the opportunity to experience Jesus through community and God’s creation. Taylor graduated from Texas Tech University in 2012 with a BS in Human Development and Family Studies. She is married to Hunter and they are raising two adventurous kids and their border collie sidekick in the beautiful San Juan Mountains.
